Processing Time
- All orders are handmade and processed within 3–5 business days (unless otherwise noted on the product page).
- During holidays or high order volume, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
- We offer USPS, UPS, and FedEx options at checkout.
- Free local pickup may be available at select events or markets (when noted).
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays & Carrier Issues
Fern + Fir is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once the carrier has accepted your order. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
International Shipping
