No Returns or Exchanges

- Please review product descriptions, sizes, and photos carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at fernandfirdesignco@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Fern + Fir is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Tracking information will be provided so you can follow your order’s journey. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly.
